Indiana 50501 Org Structure
As a formal organization, Indiana 50501 needs an organizational structure that will allow us to achieve our goals. The correct decision is to mirror our existing congressional districts and choose leaders in each congressional district. These leaders will coordinate their overall activities with Indiana 50501 central (the existing group of Scott, Caroline, Taelar, Tori and Janet aka "The Central Committee" - Great Ghu we need a better name) and, ultimately, extend right down to town level leadership.
Additionally the central committee will do two things:

• We will handle running District 5, the Capital, to ensure that we never lose our understanding and our focus (in short I want us to keep our hands dirty and keep doing the actual work)
  
• We will provide services and materials to the other districts whether it is fidget spinners, printed materials or simply planning and direction

Ultimately the goal is in each district to do what we are doing in Indianapolis -- true grass roots politics.

Yes this isn't a clear hierarchy; it is more of a matrix but I think that's the reality of our current situation.
